So long as the "West" maintains virtue and righteousness, they shall be blessed as inheritors of ancient institutions and knowledge. So long as the "West" continues to empower Lucifer, Lucifer's Own is not a particularly secure position to be in, and it would be better if the "West" were wiped out and replaced with something more true.
Either way, both divine plans seem to be heading towards the Shiva concept of destruction and recreation.
